Fast NGS is an innovative sequencing technology based on NGS that provides quality control for gene synthesis. It combines the accuracy of Sanger sequencing with the high-throughput and low cost advantages of NGS without the need for primers. It introduces an error-elimination algorithm in NGS-based molecular barcoding technology. It can be used for PCR products or plasmid samples, as well as for a variety of NGS-based sequencing, allowing complete sequence sequencing and assembly from 200 bp to 30 kb in a single run.
